Ashley specializes in private personal training and semi-private group training sessions that strive to improve your well-being through learning how to move well.  Whether you are focusing on weight loss, core-training, strength and endurance, athletic performance,  postural improvements, or coordination and balance, it is important to train proper movement patterns for long term health and wellness. 

With an extensive movement background consisting of Dance, Pilates, Yoga, Kettlebells and Strength Training, Ashley works closely with each client to create a program specific to the individual's needs to achieve their goals safely and effectively.

Movement assessment is a critical part of the programing process. Your first session will consist of a thorough analysis of your movement patterns as well as fitness testing when appropriate. This is meant to not only establish a baseline for tracking quality movement and performance but to ensure the specific training program is effective.

  • Movement Patterns and Functional Movement System (FMS) FMS is the screening tool used to identify limitations or asymmetries in seven fundamental movement patterns that are key to functional movement quality in individuals with no current pain complaint or known musculoskeletal injury.
